Not sure what exactly happened, but I checked my credit scores today and all 3 increased.
TransUnion 589, Experian 566, Equifax 549. Now for the bad news, my disputes with the credit bureaus for the Paragon Way collections came back as verified. This is not all together bad news, but means they verified the TL with the credit bureaus. This could possibly open them up to a lawsuit. Those bastards are so cocky that they sent me another collection letter, the debt is past the Statute of Limitations. Going to try something else with these folks and put some pressure on them to delete this account.
